  • 4 frozen chicken breasts or thighs approximately 1.5 to 2 pounds

Marinade Essentials:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Optional Enhancements:

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • A handful of chopped fresh herbs parsley or cilantro

Instructions
 

Preheat Grill:

  • Set your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and allow it to warm up for about 10 minutes.

Prepare the Chicken:
